Refund policy
All sales at RIOSVAULT are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing, fit, or ordering errors. The only exceptions are items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.
